Will any of the treatments be painful?

The majority of osteopathic treatment is gentle, pain free and often very relaxing. If your osteopath believes a particular treatment will be very effective, but temporarily uncomfortable (for example, deep tissue massage), this will be explained prior to commencing the treatment.
