Founded and run by Chris Aust, a graduate of the British School of Osteopathy, the Fit 4 Life clinic offers gentle and effective hands-on treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal problems for adults and children of all ages. At the Fit 4 Life clinic, our aim is to get you pain free, moving well and back doing the activities you love.

We are delighted to be open for face-to-face osteopathy appointments in these challenging times and we would like to reassure all our patients that their safety is of paramount importance to us.
